@DaviDante136 It was reduced not removed flaming hunters can still kill a survivor faster than one that is not lit. It used to double DPS from 5-6 per hit to 10-12 per hit of the hunter, but now only adds about 2-3 DPS when lit. Still very effective way of dealing heavy damage if survivors are split up.

@DaviDante136 no if they throw a molotov or gas can you DO extra damage if you catch on fire that way. if you leap through a barrel on fire you wont do the extra damage so your wrong and know its on l4d1

I think originally there was no limit on the pounce damage but most servers put 25 on it because hunter was too powerful. Basically you can pounce i think up to 400 but it has no use because anything above 100 wont "register" because an incap is an incap and the pounce wont take anything off your "incap health". which again starts from 100. So you can kill a guy with 100hp with only 2 pounces but not one, without clawing i mean(or them beeing bw).
