ur really good thank u very much.. hehe i need to learn fosha honestly cause just knw lebanese one.. xD and need more this one if i wanna live in lebanon one day. assalamo 3alaykon
Perhaps you could explain in an video the differences between the sounds ص and س and ط. I really want to know the difference between the dark and the light consonants in arabic.
In the Arabic letters, in "assalamu", why does there seem to be an "L" between the first "A" and the next "S"? I see Alssalamu (the long letter after alif that looks like but connects) Thanks!
@Hamppzah "al-salam" becomes "as-salam" in speech - the L in the "al" sometimes changes into the letter that comes after it (depending on which letter it is), but is still written the same way ("al")
Actually, most Italians are pretty good at adapting the h sound. My stepbrother is Italian and he articulates it well despite his short knowledge of English.
I am just starting to learn Arabic and I am finding no two people seem to say the same thing the same way. Ahlan till your video was Hello or is Hi and Hello one and the same in Arabic? Listen how this guy says good morning (search "me speaking Arabic" can't post a link I guess) not the same as you say it .
@sundance2005 Each country in the middle east has its own accent and in each country different regions in the country have different accents and maybe even terms, it's overwhelming but the good thing is that anyone that knows Arabic no matter which accent it is will understand any kind of Arabic because they have the same basics (I'm Egyptian BTW)
Marhaban Maha. thank u very much for ur teaching. I am an Indian but from now I love Arabic from your way of teaching. I will learn arabic daily just because u teach in a interesting way. I will teach my children also.
I can't really understant what's the last letter from the first arabic word from "assalamu alaykum". it's like this "k" but from the other side. Could tell me please i really want to learn how to write it.
@nairshashi007 This is the Formal Arabic the one in Oman it`s a dialect ( accent) and we have too many of them ( toooo many)each country has more then three at least U just stick with the Formal Arabic and almost everybody would understand U

Hi Maha! thank you for your videos! im learning with you... I have just one question... in ur first video you wrote some words differents... for example as- salamu a'laikum and in this one you wrote assalamu alaykum... and also with sabahu al khair... and here you put it in a different way... so whats the difference please??? i have no idea my language is spanish Lol! thanks :)))) Fatima
@fatimatdc the differene is nthe accents on the end of the words.. because in arabic theres the letter E and the accent for a shorter E, but it differes when you write it in different places of the sentence, where i might have different "jobs" so thats the difference, and as for assalamu alaikom.. wel its actually written ALsalamu alikom, but the L is silent because of the letter after it ..
Can you tell me pls how to differentiate written Arabic when they use numbers in place of a letter...for example nehebek from ne7ebek etcetra. its pronounced the same way, correct? What other numbers are used in place of letters and which is the correct way of using the numbers when writing Arabic. Thank you...appreciate your help and your Arabic lessons :)
