It's a bunch of improv games, a lot like whose line, and you learn to work with people for a final project. But they teach you a few rules, like not dominating a scene and generally not saying "no" to anyone else's suggestion in the scene. I'm not sure where to find improv classes but they're a good interpersonal skills investment, and generally fun.
