Run into the edge like I did and look at the corner at the top of the tower. When you are near the top you should vibrate fast and as soon as that happens jump to your right.

nope the part where yo get on top is not patched. I can still do it. When your at the top of the tower you should start to shake, Quickly jump to the right and you should get up.
