Nice footage. Thanks for posting. I was interested in the print at the head of the tape. As an experienced editor may I suggest that you hold on the copy until you can read it all slowly. Right now it is not possible to read the header on the tape without pausing the video.

When editing, read it slow, wait an additional 5 seconds, then make your cut to UFO footage.

Not trying to score points on you. Just helpful advice from an old editor of video. Many years.

I've seen this many times before. Don't be fooled. This is simply the water reflection of an helicopter searching at night. The search lights and the steady water creates the effects. The trees are above the cameraman and not in front of him like he wants you to believe. The chopper is slowly hovering away and high above the trees creating very small ripples in the water helping the light effects. No sounds of course. This is a video of a helicopter taking off. The "ripple" is caused by the light coming through the leaves of the trees, which are being disturbed by the downdraft. Hence the reason there's no audio... and the reason the video stops before it "shoots straight up".

Fake or Real, I don't see anything that makes me conclude it is filmed through a water reflection.The tree's are exactly 90 degree's (i.e. straight up) compared to camera. If that was shooting down at 45 degrees into water then the trees would have to also be at 45 degrees to the water
