hey im a saxophone player too and it took me forever to get altissimo. but really if you want a short cut. use your key right above your b in your left and and just feel it. that really how it is. think the pitch get the feeling in your thoat like you were going to sing it and just feel the pitch its hard to do and explain. but once you get it. its an amazing feeling and you get that thought to finger connection to be more clear as a saxophone player like a singer and their voice

Thanks for the compliment. There are altissimo fingerings available online. Google altissimo sax fingerings or just altissimo. As far as scales go, I'm not a very complicated player. I stick with the basics. In this video I am using major, pentatonic, blues and chromatic scales
