Hey scott, long story short, my right arm had an injury back in 2001. My right arm rotation isn't full. I can rotate from palm down until my thumb is toward the ceiling and my pinky is to the floor, due to the injury I cannot turn it to palm up. So I have been doing nothing but hammer curls (no bicep curls as my left bicep became larger than my right). What all exercises besides hammer curls, can I do to target my bicep and increase size, considering the above lack of movement?
