@snake892 dont use additives, they sludge over time with the temperature changes and friction. Use distilled water, or double distilled water (I use) and drop a piece of pure 99.9% silver in the reservoir (I use one of my moms old earings).

@essence324 Depending on your system and what you're running you can use (but thermaltake will tell you otherwise) any watercooling ethylglycol liquid (basically it's radiator fluid) and if you like (as I do in my Kandal LCS case, I put abt 75% green fluid with 25% (give or take) de-ionized and distilled water. This water is specifically meant for LCS systems.

@essence324 The thermaltake coolant is already mixed with water, you can add more DISTILLED water but you will reduce the concentration of the antifreeze needed to keep the loop from deteriorating from galvanization. Thermaltake was stupid in using copper + alum fitting, just putting water (i did this) will ruin the system. I'm now using a mixture of swiftech's hydraX + PTnuke and distilled water and don't have any problems so far (2 months).

about 6 months u need to change the coolant and if the coolant is low u gotta put some in, a bottle cost around 9-13.00 U.S.D. dont buy thermaltake's liquid cooling kits it sucks, get the corsair H50 it keeps temps really low and no coolant change, refill or risk of leaks

If you want to watercool properly, buy all the parts seperately and built it custom using the best parts from each brant (eg TFC rad, swiftech waterblock, bitspower barbs) this will definately give you the bestperformance, and it is not much more expensive. However, building it takes more time and is harder.

Looks good, but i have to say. TT watercooling kits arn't the best.

From the hardware i gather its not a very high gaming rig. For that pupose the TT will do fine. But if your ever planning a extreme build. Don't go for TT watercooling

You don't even have to change it that often either and if you have decent enough radiators the water will really stay cool.

there are new revisions of the acrylic water blocks now. They arent so bad... the reason why thermaltake are notorious for breaking is becuase of the pumps. Not becuase of leaks.. any system can leak if the person who sets it up is a retard and overtightens or kinks

first off, Depeche mode, ..awesome, ok i am just going to give some constructive advice here not knocking or anything. i would dremel cut out the 120 fan venting on the back of the tower so youll get no air restriction. Then put a 20mm shroud on the wall to prevent the dead spot of the fan and then mount the fan on the inside..you will probably tripple the effeciency of your 120mm fan. If you dont have a shroud take a cheap yate loon 120 and cut the fan out of the frame..(just my thoughts)

Easy installation huh? Well have fun taking it of one day. The cpu water-block clamps use GLUE to attach to the motherboard. Many people damaged their motherboard while trying to remove the clamps!

This is a cheap low-end watercooling kit so i wouldnt recommend using it. Build a custom one!
