  • My roomate has been adhering to DietOramy food plan (uncovered through Google) for around two or three months now and she decreased the majority of her physique fat now - I'm attempting to talk her into fitness, but she is just loyal to her DietOramy...

  • Now do not get me wrong but I've been looking on Google for plenty of wholesome & effective dietary regime program plan and I discovered this unknown dietary regime program called DietOramy - I am pursuing the plan specified and I'm enjoying plenty of overwhelming success, and I'm still eating similar to before, without having craving for food, just a little different food...

  • @TheBRAIN357 dnt work

  • I used to be skinny. Started lifting weights and eating a lot to bulk up after seeing Wolverine. I ended by loading myself up with tons of muscle and fat. Now I cant seem to get rid of the fat no matter how much I try. All i want is to get back to be skinny, i dont care if i have muscle or not anymore, and it wont go away. Moral of the story: be happy with what you have.

  • @athabascka Oh I hate skinny and muscley guys. I like model tall men. No girl wants a male thiner then she is. Your just a fat shit.

  • @Kellystarrr: LOL you're trolling a fitness video. Awesome.

  • The best way to lose fat without muscle is liposuction lol.

  • Thanks for the video. Very informative and to the point.

  • when you are defined and cut fitness model and you decide to stop working out and you realize that that was a mistake and that you want to look exaclly the same as you were before your workout program,is it posible to lose all your ganed muscles and shoulder broadness and look like you have never lift a weight in your life?and not just skunny,I mean to lose a muscle definition too?

  • @mr5890859355 if you want to lose your muscle mass, you could try a crash diet, then end it with some nice tasty low protein junk food and no weight training so you replace some of your muscle with fat lol

  • @TimpBizkit but my muscles would stay defined, thats a problem, how to lose a great defnition?

  • I am not doing a full blown crash diet. I want to be active but no gyms in my area accept people of my age and I want to work with equipment. Exercising at home is so boring and if it loses my interests then I just can't stick to it. I am unhappy with myself and what I am doing is eating one small portioned meal a day, drinking half a soda, and having one small snack. The only way I feel confident is by not eating when I am hungry. Any tips because I know what I am doing is not healthy..

  • damn i need to burn fat im 5ft10 155 pounds any help steve? p.s if it matters im in ny and its around 30 degrees out so running aint rlly an option

  • You are right no doubt. But i have succesfully lost over 7 stones over a year with crash diet. And i build a lot of muscles as well. All i was doing was exercisig a lot and eating ONLY clean and low cal food. TUNA TUNA TUNA in water. lots of vegetables. and loads of water. no bread, no milk, no sugar, no salt. and after my doctor saw me he was SHOCKED how healthy&strong i was. So all in all crash diet can be indeed dangerous if you dont know what are you doing but it can be also beneficial if

  • @shartep tell me more about this. I am on the Cambridge diet. Lost a lot of weight (8.4 kg) but little fat (2.3%) so I'm scared... Check my videos to understand the process

  • Kick ass!~

  • LOVE YOUR BODY - i like that slogan :)

  • Thanks. It was my sister's idea. She said women need to love themselves and their bodies before they will do anything to lose weight.

  • @BodyPerformanceTV steve you told us that we need 30-40 grams of protein but can also tell us how much carbohydrates and fat we need? im 17 years old weight 210 pounds and my height is 6 foot 2 just in case you need to know this to use in your example to help me out better.

  • I did this once. I was a complete idiot!! I lost no fat and i was tired and got angry at everything!!! Seriously i would just yell at anything and anyone, then when i would finally eat something i would look back on my day i think i was a complete twat! DONT DO IT!!!!!!

  • I was just wondering what calorific deficit is considered crash dieting??

  • that happened to me:(

  • Yeah... I knew about this a long time ago, and when I told that to my friends who were crash dieting they thought I was insane... so they melted their fat AND muscles, starved their bodies, and when they finished dieting, fat came quicker than it went away and they looked terrible...

  • uhm. i tend to forget to eat sometimes, and because of ur previous videos telling me its not about when or how many times i eat i've just thought it doesnt matter. now im getting the impression that if i go half a day without eating im gonna become a lump of fat and lose all my muscle. can u be a little more specific?

  • I also have a regular athletic body type I am athletic.

  • Hello Steve!

So basically you're saying if I create to much a calorie deficit say -3500 losing around 6 pounds a week my metabolism will slow down.

Can this permanently slow down your metabolism?

I only plan to do this for 10 days with diet and exercise and after that maintain my weight by exercise only (-500 daily calorie deficit) Will this REPAIR my metabolism?

Also for the people who mistakenly done this how do they repair their metabolism?

  • i see what you mean steve what my crash diet is that i would eat a small bowl of cereal in the morning and then wait until i get out of school(4:00) then exercise then

eat is that a horrblie way to lose weight?

and one more thing what does significantly means?

  • My pleasure! GO to my site and listen to my free seminar.

  • You don't know anything about nutrition

  • dido i love when fat ppl try to tell you how to eat

  • thanks you dude !!! ur awesome!!

  • I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you asking me if you should crash diet or are you saying you think you eat too little?

  • Hey steve I think im on the verge of going onto a crash diet. I was just wondering if increasing my daily caloric intake (by say 50-150 Kcals) whilst still doing daily cardio will have any effect on my figure. I currently run 60 mins everyday, but I would like to have flexibility in my diet. I have heard of crash dieters who put on all their weight (plus more) that they lost in a short space of time. I really don't want to fall into this trap as I enjoy being slimmer. Thanks Steve

  • Very nicely made video.

  • Thanks!

  • Yes. 1) No more protein shakes. You don't need them and it's extra calories. 2) You have to be more consistent with your eating, either eating healthier or controlling the quantity. 3) Time to start doing 30 minutes of cardio (walking & jogging) 5 times a week. That will speed up your metaboilsm.

  • Steve, im 230, 17, and currently dieting. I stick to about 500 calories a day at school, and a grilled meat at home w/ a protein shake. I always take N.O. Explode before workout. My question is, is their a way to increase motabilism (spelled wrong). I dont call my self the best eater cuz im not. Some fruits and vegetables once in a while. Is their anything i can do?

  • theres a difference between crash dieting and a 500 calorie deficit guys..by crash dieting he means starving yourself pretty much. 500 calorie deficit per day is very good if you want to lose weight. thats 1 pound of fat loss per week.

  • He is right, crash diet would be having a 500 or higher calorie deficit, i'm having a 500 calorie deficit right now, and i'm in the edge of mantaining muscle, but i know that if i eat a few less i will lose muscle... i recommend you to take "glutamine" as you are in a diet plan, and eat protein, 3 portions of complex carbs, good fats, and vitamins and minerals during the day. Optimum nutrition whey proteins brings "glutamine", that helps not losing muscle as you are eating less and working out.

  • Good . But I lost over 30 lb in one month using weight loss plan from LSWEIGHT(.)INFO

    OMGGGbr/lol thats awesomeee

  • You can lose a lot of muscle but it depends on how long you go without eating. When anorexics die they typically still have 10-15 pounds of fat on them. They die from heart failure because of lack of nutrients.

  • wow thats friggin crazy.

  • is there such a thing as a muscle-loss threshold

like you can only lose up to a certain amount of muscle mass, even if you crash diet

or can you lose all of it - muscles on top, skeletal muscles and so on?

always been wondering that and you seem to know what youre talking about

  • that's bull... than we should all just stop eating and we would all be ripped

  • Why dont you try it?

  • hey.... fat is the second main source of energy... when your body does not take in carbs or sugar as a main source of energy it dissolves ur fats, making it as an alternative,,, protien on the muscles on the other hand is the 3rd main source of energy, which means i only dissolves ur muscles if u have no more fat left.. i'm a biologist so dont argue with me...

  • Yea, he's a biologist

  • You are right, but wrong... See, when you are in a "calorie deficit" you use fat as source of energy, but if you have a BIG calorie deficit your muscles will be in a catabolic state, they will feel weak and they will start to get tinier, so if you are in a bigger calorie deficit than 500 calories...i bet you will go losing muscle during the days(im not a "biologist", but a natural bodybuilder, who has experienced this in real life, not in books) the man is right, you have to feed your muscles

  • what do you mean by crash diet?? 1500 calories a day?

  • It makes perfect sense, however I started Mid december losing weight, cutting back my caloric intake to around 600 a day, and also spending 1.5-2 hours a day, 6 days a week at the gym. I am around 6', and went from 230lbs to 158, and increased in strength. I guess the time at the gym compensated for the caloric deprivation.

  • you may have increased in strength but the question is did your body get toned or are you a skinny fat guy? Doubt I'll get a reply since your post is a year ago.

  • Nothing new to me in this, but just have to say that everything you said is true.

  • Anytime!

  • wow you are good, really motivating. I have 15 pounds to lose and will use your advice, thanks so much x

  • man, these are quite simple and direct tips... that make difference!!! I really wanna lose weight, I'm tryin to get cheerd by your tips...

The more science you talk about when treating of loss weight - and link it to practical facts - , more people (very including me) get animmated to start odin something. Thx!!

  • Glad to help!
