I just realized that this scene is very similar to that of "The Girl Who Waited". The Doctor and his companion(s) arrive in a hospital and end up getting separated on a lift, resulting in a whole new load of problems-- enough for an episode.

Even the buttons/hospital moon logo are done in a similar style.
