yeah it does matter if you shovel off the stairs its not a street rail then its "park" rail it makes the rail tens times harder in your head when the stair are shoveled off i bet you wouldnt have done it if they were shovled
pretty sure you cant die from riding down some stairs ahhah. if you want to slide a rail for fun then sure leave the snow but if your filming and posting it around then take 5 min and shovel the steps.
