if the "perpetrator" had done nothing more than speed, i.e. no real criminal act, if i was the president i would give this fu*ker the medal of honour.

Usually PIT (Police intervention techniquue) manuvers do result in the engine quitting if the vehicl is his hard enough. Sometimes the car to car contacts at high speeds are minimal. Plus this guy turned his wheel to their direction when he was pited and made some impressive recoveries.
the PIT manuver only kills the engine in automatic transmission cars. because your in a forward gear and you end up rolling backwards it stalls the engine. this driver was driving a manual stick shift and put it in neutral each time he was spun out. excellent driving on his part. i dont know if many people even realize how hard it would be to drive a straight line like that at those speeds, let alone shift into neutral and then back into a low gear to take off after doing a 180. just awesome.
oh wow! that guy knows how to drive. next time when they try to pit maneuver hit the breaks turn the streeing wheel to their end of the wheel so you can maneuver their car.
