Dude its pretty easy to make gameplay like that. I myself am making a game based off of Resident Evil called Resident Emo. All he needed was a model of Leon S. Kennedy, a 3d rendering program (easy to find on the internet) and Game Maker 6.1. If you don't believe me, then search for the game Resident Evil Valentine on the internet, download it, and play it :) Its really amazing what some people are capable of.

It´s impossible. You can run a modified iso in a PSX, only if the image have the same size than the original. Try to change the size of a PSX iso or adding new files, and you will see the black screen of death.

I answered this 10000 times. I m making it by myself. There aren´t editors like in Counter-Strike or Quake. If you want modify RE2, learn reverse engineering and get debuggers and hex editors.

However. Create your own skins is relatively easy. You need a program that can load PSX tim files. Photoshop got a nice plug-in. Also there are plenty of fanmade image editors, specially in japanese sites.
