There are several companies on the internet that offer this stuff and all the systems usually can sync with each other there for lights, music, appliances, and movies on one or many screens. just need to have a lot of money

@Kit417 You are right, a basic set up is not that difficult. In fact, i used to have a do it yourself guide online but i took that down since I have started my own smart homes company. In very basic form there are plenty of programs that can do basic operation (little more basic that what is shown in the video). But to have advanced functionality, you will need to develop something of your own.
