its sea wall... its incase the waves/water gets to high... with that said its pretty high over water (not certain maybe like 15 feet) but theres no ledge/railing so you have a huge chance of your board launchin into water... its not as good as it looks also...

i live in kenosha which is like 30 miles from chi town , so me and my friends often take the train and hit it up , but its almost impossible skating there because you get kicked out of everywhere like instantly

That was a woman actually. She was picking up cigarette butts and putting them on the ground. I have NO idea what she did with them... sniff them? taste them? look at them up close? No clue, but it was really weird and it distracted Jan while we were filming!
