This has got to be a stock muffler on your bike right? I have the Race kit on mine and it sounds pretty tight. Check out my vids of my dad riding mine when I first got it. Good video though man!
I know that stretch of road... I try and get out there once a week at least. It is Rt. 211 over what I call Luray Mountain. Anyway, cool to run up on a vid of a part of the run, I need to slap a camera on my bike sometime.
BTW, they now have "High Rish Motorcycle Accident" on the other side of the mountain... or something to that effect.

140ish mph, the bikes are built more for cornering than speed. From what I've seen thought hey will top out really quick.
