Thanks brraziel. I haven't got around to practicing the rest of it! Can't focus one thing these days with work, etc. Lately I've been working on the Rachmaninoff's 3rd piano concerto cadenza, and having my hands full!
Thanks! I agree, it is the best music in the world! I see you're on a digital piano as well. It is ton's fun using a sequencer to play the orchestral part (not the best sound, but better than nothing!)
this is great, all those ppl ot there saying its a waste of time having a digital piano,it suits a real purpose to learn the notes with headphones on then practice it up to speed on an acoustic piano, thats what i do
Totally agree afertyus. There is no better time to learn the piano in a fun and interactive manner. It is also so tough to properly maintain a real piano to a high standard all of the time as well. I do manage to get time on a real well maintained piano from time to time and of course it is always a true pleasure!
It's a Kawai CA51. It is not particularly high end. The clarity of the sound likely is because i recorded the piece directly from the piano's output rather than using a microphone. It is very clear, but is bordering on sterile at time.
hey great job, could u tell me how u recorded directly from the piano? i have a yamaha digital and i think i should be similar.. any particular software u used? usb output? i would really appreciate it.
Thanks Kamigarcia :) I just connected the audio outputs from my digital piano into audio input side of another computer and recorded the music using an open source software called Audacity.
at your intro it should be a lil bit slow. but your hands are goo i like it.

Thank you I think. I could use a little help understanding Japanese ^_^
If you were asking how the sound came out so clear, it is because I recorded directly through the audio output, as opposed to using a microphone.

If I could play like that, I'd quit my job at Denny's.

Brilliantly played. Shame about the instrument, would love to hear this on a real piano.
