  • Oh the trials and tribulations of Lindsay Lohan. How she is so misunderstood and tormented. We are all just pawns in her evil chess game. Enough is enough. Wake me up when she disappears!

  • Why doesn't he get off the press' nuts and go spend some time with his daughter to find out what she's really going thru.

  • She is NOT a child! OMG

  • life's hard. people have problems. thats no excuse/reason for erratic and illegal behavior! girl doesnt know how to make lemons out of lemonade. they acts like shes the only one with "problems". look at the kids who grew up in the ghetto, had a prostitute drug abusing mother, no father, living off food stamps, little education. some of them are doing a lot better than ms. lohan. sad really. she has so many resources at her disposal. what a waste

  • if these family/parenting conditions caused lindsay to spin so far out of control i think that speaks more to her character than anything else. i mean her siblings dealt with the same problems and u dont c them checking into rehab or jail every other week! my parents arent together and im in grad school, never done drugs + never went to jail. on top of all the other "problems" ive dealt with that almost every1 else does...i was broke! they need to stop catering to this 24 yr old adult!

  • thats not an excuse! there are 1,000s or millions of american kids/teenagers whose parents get divorced, or who grow up w/o their parents at all + they turn out fine. lindsay is just fucked up point blank. stop wasting time dealing w/justifications and find a solution to fix the problem. so sick of the waa waa stories. how hard of a childhood did she have? she made millions, had a middle to upper middle class upbringing, traveled the world, shes hot + young + got to fulfill her passion! save me

  • This judge is excepting bribes. By the law since he is corrupt he is not a judge. By the law since he has excepted the bribes he has no more lawfull authority to sit in judgement of her then you do (provided you are not a judge). $57,688.00 per year is alot of money to me. if the amount of money is the determing factor of the perception of bias. add up the years since he was elected and times it by appoxatly $50,000 L.A. county paid over 26.5 million in bribes in 2010 to L.A. superior judges

  • "Lindsay is offered jewelery all the time and she returns it". What Michael ain't getting is she stole the necklace for the RUSH of stealing, not because she wanted it so bad. I'm sure she COULD have gotten tons of jewelery for free given to her, but Lindsay wants to steal because it gets her high. Just like Winona. Weak case Michale. She IS guilty and they have more than enough evidence to lock her up. TAKE THE DEAL, or you are facing serious time Lindsay

  • Hey Micheal don't throw yourself under the bus, the corrupt court will do enough of that for you. You are a father not Jesus Christ. Keep fighting for your family. Get her case out of Los Angeles County Courts. Senate Bill SBX211 gave retro active imunity for those judges taking bribes. SBX211 is unconstitutional and illegal and it has time limits that is over. The judge that your daughter is infront of now gets $57,688.00 per year in illegal bribes. FRAUD ON THE COURT BY JUDGE KEITH SCHWARTZ

  • @mrf4j what would you do if you were in lidsays position?

  • @danielcooper1000 Im no lawyer and this is not legal advise: but first I would start by writing a letter to the County of L.A. depart of auditor-controller requesting all payments made to both judges, And then I would contact the fair political practices commision and request all 700 froms submitted by both judges. After that I would file a motion to void all orders and judgements on all judges involed in my cases based on FRAUD ON THE COURT.

  • @mrf4j After that I would perform an oral CCP 170.1(A) (3) and 170.3 of the Canon 4 D (1) code of juditial ethics/ canon 3 E (1) By law that would require the judges to disclose all payments as per the LAW. So no matter how they judge answers or refuses to answer I would move to have my case heard by a judge that has not received kpayments from the county that is clearly stated in the Calif Constituion and has been sited as illegal in the steurgon v L.A. couty case whitch made that LAW.

  • @danielcooper1000 That makes perfect sence to me. If you requested to be heard by a judge that has not received county payments you won't find one in L.A. county. The reson being is that in the 97 lockyer-Isenberg trial all county payments were to stop. But Los Angeles county needs to make sure that judges stay bribed. and it works (Los Angeles county never loses in court) there are so many ways that L.A. county has a finacial interest in most cases. traffic, criminal, divorce /cssd ext ext ext

  • @mrf4j I think after all that I think I would concider sueing the judges for violation of due process and violating my civil and constitutional rights. But there is one major problum with this I can't figure out. How do I get around getting a judge to judge a judge on ilegal payments to judges. That is one hell of a wall.

  • @danielcooper1000 Yes I do agree that is one hell of problum. Our forfathers had witnessed this in the past and they left us with a very buetifull solution. JURY TRIAL

Senate bill SBX211 gave these judges retro active imunity for taking the bribes, but it did not give them imunity for judging a case where they would be clearly biased based on the payments from L.A. county. Also SBX211 was only good untill june 30th of 2009. Corrupt greedy judges that have commited multiple felony's are dangerous

  • @mrf4j Just thinking about this is wild. If I was her and I had that media coverage I could only imagine the law suit potential. 1. violation of due process 2. emotional distress 3. false imprisonment 4. attorney fees 5. lifetime damages 6. loss of assetts 7. damage to prior life style 8. punitive damages 9. punitive damages equal to the bribes $57,866.00 per judge per year 26 mill total to all L.A. judges. 10. compensary for constitutional rights 11. finacial losses/reputation
  • She is trying to see just how far her celebrity status can take her - what she can get away with. I think she has gotten away with too much already. I say give her jail time and stop babying her! The more they baby her because she is a celeb, the more she will try to get away with! You know if that was you or me, we would have already seen the inside of the jailhouse and no babying.

  • this is sad. she is starting to look old and tired from all the stress! and the tablods and media dont make it any better they doing this because of publisity but they dont care about this girl well being. maybe if the media leave her along she will be better offf.....

  • What happened to the assumption of being innocent before being found guilty.

    Corrupt piece of shit.

And it sounds like he has allready talked to the other judge regarding her case.

Don't stop fighting for your family. F4J

SBX211 gave retro active imunity from prosecution to judges. That was given untill june of 2009

The judges no longer have imunity from prosecution for taking bribes

California Constituion says pay and benefits to judges are to be paid by the State

  • it is so sad to know that Lindsay Lohan as well as to many other girls & boys feel empty even though they seem to have everything,I want to cry just to think that it was so easy to make her feel loved'cause that is all we all look for "feel loved".Please let's all pray for her so wherever happens God enters in her heart & gives her all the love &peace she needs;she is a wonderfull person.
