  • and lock him up safe in a big wooden box, with windows to let him see out

like a man who fears drowning amidst a great drought

    I fear grasping

for a hand I was afraid to change, and I'm assuming

that this whole poem seems deranged

but to pursue him- I'd have to change the bunny, to a man

    I hold him closer inside

    with the less I demand

  • You wouldn't had thought if you knew

    perching on brattleboro roofs

tiny eyes glint, a pupil-less bird

watching his lips just to capture his words

there aren't any more ashes to hold up the keef

    anarchy has no more belief

and while for Pat, the joke's no longer funny

does it make him less of a bunny?

    Not to me.
