the way Teddy plys bass and all is called Stride, where you play bass, chord on the left and melody on the right

Not so. Teddy Wilson did not play "Stride" piano. Typical "Stride" pianists were James P. Johnson, Willie "The Lion" Smith and Fats Waller.

@harryoakley thats true. its stride influenced for sure, but really its "swing"... less percussive, more single notes, runs, walking tenths and stuff

Love the way Teddy Wilson holds up the bass for the entire band. These guys were the best in the business.
