The Party says the same thing all the time. It's such a shame that it's become the new sport to hate Hillary. Sometimes it's good to look beyond the sound bytes and headlines. Example..at the ABC debate...all you hear on CNN and other news outlets is Hillary saying yes yes yes...in reference to Sen. Obama being able to beat McCain..and yet not one word of his answer of "absolutely" in reference to her winning against McCain. We need to think for ourselves, the media doesn't do such a good job.
Her comments were right about Gore and Kerry, we lost those elections because Bush tapped into that base. The democrats have been viewed in the way she characterized. I dont think anyone could disagree with that much
since when do DEMOCRATS not agree that people have surrendered their power in the democracy, and only taken up republican fake issues like gay marriage, abortion, flag burning, immigration, and guns? how can she attack obama for saying something in line with the core beliefs of democrats. people are tired of their government ignoring them, stuffing fake issues down their throats that aren't important to their lives when they get screwed by big business deals like NAFTA.
and what makes her think she can be viewed as a non elitist? she was born rich, worked on the board of wal mart, governor's wife, first lady, made 110 million in 7 years...
i doubt she can remember a time in her life when she wasn't surrounded by security detail and a camera crew.
It's not meant in a financial way. It's the snobbish tone of the words, and to be honest, what should have been addressed is that Sen. Obama went straight to explaining why people are bitter or frustrated etc. to answer the question why they didn't support him. I find it most arrogant that he went "there" instead of the possibility that they didn't choose him to support. I found that to be the most arrogant of all.
god... what a bitch. she WORKED with al gore for 8 years, now she's bashing him and calling him elitist? you know why he lost the election? because it was fucking rigged
This woman will be the reason for a McCain presidency. She sounds more and more like a Republican as the campaign goes on. Her ambition to wield power is her only motivation. She is among the worst of elitists.
