@SirGameandWatch if you think you have finished all asset missions, look back. you might have not done the boatyard mission; you'll need it to activate the second to the last mission.

@GTAmissions At around 2:20 when the cop was trying to open the door to the helicopter. However, his pathfinding AI glitched as he went away from the door despite being next to it, causing the sound to come early.

One time a cop glitched and had the opposite effect. He was standing next to his patrol car as I got on a motorbike. Suddenly he glided 70 miles an hour until he was next to me and pushed me off the bike before I could even accelerate. The pathfinding AI is screwy in close-quarters.
