  • I have no friend :(((

  • yes بارك الله فيك

  • طيب انت وش تسوللف باي لهجة

  • best is to learn MSA , the easiest is to learn Egyptian or Shami [syrian/lebanese]

  • oh yea i do know alot of lebanese ppl

  • WOO go lebanese dialect!

  • To learn a specific dialect - FSI Language Courses

  • No, learn MSA Iit is better every arabic will understand him

  • whats your dialact bro ? I can teach you jordanian slangs but I dont think you need it :)

  • I wouldn't say computer programs are better than tutors, but cheaper and sufficient for starters.

  • But my advise for all is to learn the MSA arabic. The MSA is the easiest and the best. It is much better that all of the other dialets. I prefer for you the MSA. Because for Example if you learned the gulf accent, labanese people might not understand every single word. But if you learned the MSA, all of the arabs would be able to understand you. MSA is clear, easier, nicer.

  • Anyone wants to learn Arabic, I am here to help you any accent you want. Don't worry, I will make the hardest thing in Arabic the easiet thing in your life.

  • haha true

i learn english from youtube, movies with no translation. that's how i'm learning and enjoying in the same time

  • You're one of the only people out there who say to get a basic knowledge of a language before immersing yourself in a culture (and I'm wondering how many people can actually do that anyway?). Many people forget about movies, television and radio (thank goodness for the internet) to be able to listen to language spoken by natives, which can be a tremendous help, especially when you realize you can understand bits without subtitles.

  • lol AtheistAnubis you still talking, give up already

  • 6 6 6 views.......ohno, we're being WATCHED!!!!

  • I also suggest MSA instead of a dialect. If you want to impress people learn an arabic dialect, if you want respect learn MSA.

Plus, learning MSA will facilitate the pronountiation of the Quran's words and rules of recitation(ahkam attilawa) but a dialect will mess your pronounciation(like it does with natives :))

    Good luck.

  • Arabic grammer is hard even for arabic native speakers like me .. unlike like english or french .. ALOT of Arabs will agree with me in this point XD

  • some people have a cha letter, some have the vaa-, some the ph instead of the bh.....one day it will even out i am sure

  • modern standerd check mediteranian arabic dialet check classical aribic check masri dialect check morocain dialect (confusing) check!

  • More proof that islam is actually made by arabs who created a cult,People foundle its arabic orgins.Just like new hindu will try to learn indian,Awww

  • Allah should have revealed the Quran in english, she really missed a trick there.

surly you don't have to learn ANY Arabic to be Muslim, the Quran is perfectly able to be translated into the language Allah wanted you to speak, it's for everyone, not just those who speak Arabic.

  • lets learn the lebanese dialogue cz im LEBANESE LOL jk

may Allah bless u and bless ur family. Amin

  • Love your videos, Your videos are very informing and funny! subbed XD

  • Hello, I would gladly love to help with teaching Arabic. If you think there is anything I can do to help (e.g. do videos), please let me know :)

  • SubhanaAllah brother, this question was bugging me for a long time and now i know what to do thank you brother.

  • my advice is DO NOT LEARN THE EGYPTION ARBIC NOR THE LEBANESE ARABIC CUZ ITS FAR FROM THE CLASSIC ARABIC

  • I think learning a dialect wont help you much when trying to read Holy Qur'an or Hadith .. so I guess you should learn MSA and any other dialect will understand at least 90% of what you say.

  • Nice vid so true

  • MSA = Literacy. If you cannot read write or speak the foundation of the Arabic Language, then you are rendered illiterate. If you learn only street talk, (dialect, slang) and someone gives you a book, (which will surely be in MSA), you will not be able to read it. This would make you an illiterate. So please, give yourself the best education possible. Give yoruself MSA.

  • As a Muslim Arab from Egypt , i have an advice for all my non-arabs brothers and sisters, you all must only learn the Modern Standard Arabic (the Fussha) and never try to learn the dialects because they don't have rules unlike the MSA which has clear and direct rules that by understanding them you can learn the language, Also, learning an Arabian Dialect won't help you to understand the Quran!so try to understand that you are learning arabic to understand the Quran not to talk to us so learn msa

  • Because your Arabic is so bad! LOL!!

  • Is Saudi dialect close to MSA? I have a few saudi friends online who I can practice with on skype.

But I think I am probably best to go with MSA because as you said, it gives the foundation for all the rest. :)

Thanks for all the links! Keep up the good work.

  • @BeanOfCoffee There are many dialects in SA. but you can say that the general dialect here is close to MSA.

  • @ShadowOfTheMetroid That's good to know! I've tried learning Arabic with a Moroccan friend but that had Spanish and French mingled in which just confused the heck out of me, that's why I have been looking for something more 'standard'. InshaAllah my Saudi friends will be able to help me out and not confuse me :)

  • @BeanOfCoffee

to be honest we arabs sometimes we dont understand each others

am saudi and if u want to learn first learn MSA so every one can understand u and also the modern

saudi dialect is the closest to MSA and i heared this from tunisian and other arabs mostly

and keep away from learning tunisian or morocian Algeria lebanon those countryies

effected byFrench colonial rule we cant understand them intel they speak MSA and sudan yeah i can say saudi is the closest ^^

  • @Muslimgirl191 Yep, I noticed that when a Moroccan friend also tried to teach me some basic sentences - they had spanish and french in them with the arabic! It was just too confusing so MSA seems like th way to go :)

  • @BeanOfCoffee No saudi dialect is not close to MSA, but as some ppl said it's closer to MSA than the west african arabic dialects, even the same country have more than one dialect for example in Jordan we have 3 different dialects peasants', urban, and the bedouin....I guess Saudi dialect is more close to bedouin....

anyways ppl from gulf and arabic countries of fertile crescent can understand each other....

you should learn MSA not any other dialect

  • @Fun0Funny Thanks for the advice! :)

  • @BeanOfCoffee you are welcome, another thing is you won't find as much books to learn any dialect as for MSA

  • dialect was one of our english vocabulary words:) -just wanted to state that point dont judge me-

  • learn the classical arabic, you will be understood by all arabs

  • They should learn MSA arabic first, if you can learn that then all the other arabics become simple.

  • @zazu27604

I agree. Unless they have lots of friends that only speak a certain type. MSA is a great foundation

  • @qwertyfshag Totally agree with you :)

جزاك الله خير و يــرحمك الله

    مع السلام

  • How about Soudanease Arabic ?

  • تعلم اللغھ العربیھ الفصحی لغت القرآن و ستجد الناس یفھمونک فی ای بلد ذھبت سواء مصر او الاردن او ای بلد عربی

  • its actually not completely true. i went to the netherlands and i didnt knew a word in dutch, and after like 3 years going to school i could easly talk with everyone.

  • @tomek92pl Arabic is too complex to learn that way, like English! Someone who learns English will never or rarely learn slang, sarcasm, and dialects.

  • Dialects are a mix of Turkish, English, French, Berber( North Africa) , It won't help you at all, the best thing to do is learning Arabic, real Arabic the beautiful amazing Arabic, you won't regret it cuz you'll have the chance to read Amazing Books starting with the Quran !

  • Assalaam alaikom brother, I was struggling with this question for a long time. But now I have guidance. Thank you.

  • @Imtiaas

Lots of people don't know what to do. Just choose the easiest path. Later on you can decide to change if you want.

  • I don't have any friends and i'm not gifted enough to learn MSA.

    wat do ?

  • 3rd & nice

I can speak moroccan, but it's very differnt from arabic...

Learning a dialect will probably not REALLY help you understand Qur'an (a little i guess)

  • thanks for that. i was planning to study arabic this summer. I will study MSA.

  • @thinker6236

MSA is usually the best choice unless you have lots of friends who speak a dialect.

  • 2nd

  • A:SDAS:D, first bro, nice video.
