Fuck, today I had an epiphany and I don't know how and why I remembered about this song I was completely mad about when I was around 13, in the middle of britpop explosion.Were exactly 13 years I haven't heard this song and, God, I think I like it even more than 14 years ago, now I appreciate much more the quality of this band. Great song!!
This band were so great and criminally over-looked if not under-rated. They should've went on to better and bigger things. Like Gene and their Olympian album this is a forgotten Britpop era classic.
This song reminds me of when I was 16 years old in Whitby, and the whole world was in front of me. Now I'm 29, with a busted marriage and 4 kids I don't see, no job, and 3 stone overweight. I wish I could go back to those times...... Best band around in those days.

Amazed to find Marion on here, saw these at least 8 times during the 90s, WOW, what memories, excellent, they are on in Manchester in September 2006, very tempted, just don't want to spoil the original memories, superb though, cheers for that!

Like allenmark I saw Marion support Mozza in '95 at Aston Villa.
A great support act, they had a real urgency about them, the frontman in particular was especially great.
