Totally worth HK50mil price tag. You can't compare this house with a mountain lodge in Aspen because they are meant for different markets. The view of major skyscraper landmarks spells elite status, western styled commodities such as a breakfast area, hot tub, and huge amounts of empty room, and of you can afford to give your own servant her very own bathroom, you're amongst the higher classes of hong kong, and thus would be willing to pay such a hefty price.

if it was 50 m in tehir money it would be within reason because most apartments in tokyo region is 30k and up... but this person who posted information please be more specific on the prices depending on area region city country and state.

it's pricy, i'l give you that........but you also can't look at the "price vs area" the same way you would in USA or Europe. By any standars this is a amazing appartment, and Sq ft in Hong Kong doesn't come cheap

i actually been in this very apartment when Macdonnell No.11 was just finished building.. it was soo cool, they have a great private club in this building too!!! doesnt worth 50m HKD though
