I found one of these on the road and tried to get him to safer ground. I didnt realize how fast and how flexible their heads were. I tried grabbing him from the rear and got him about a foot off the road when he snapped. It was so fast, I swear it rivals a rattle snake strike. It was loud to. It was about half as loud as a shotgun blast when he struck. Luckily he missed me, but not by much. After that, I said screw it. He can stay in the road. Im not experienced enough for this.
