@TheSyndicateProject mostly 24, only if you're running specialist, because then you get all perks and proficiencies, and almost every MOAB is with specialist. There are some assault MOABs, and they're 25 kills, excluding streak kills.

no you do not always need to use specialist to get a MOAB, but it is how you get a MOAB at 24 kills. if you use support or assault and get a moab, you will get it at 25 kills :D

If you arent using specialist then you wont earn hardline. So if you are using an assult class you need 25 non-killstreak kills, unless of course you are using hardline as you're prmary perk, then it will be 24.
