Who ever wants to get the achievement has to be invited in. The person has to press the radio once, then invite you to the game. Be in the main menu of the game already. As soon as you see his invite accept, and immediately when you see the joining game box, tell him now, then the other person must press the radio for the second time when you have said now, then you will be in the game already in progress. U can get hit, but make sure you get in the Helicopter.

you send it right after you call in the first rescue. and it does workl with one person. it worked with just the cast in the vid. which is me and my friend.
