  • I grew up in Waycross, Ga. now serving in the military as a Warrant Officer and bout to make my 5th deployment. This song truelly touched home, even though I'm not a country listener, I am a fan of this one.....

  • I cry every time I hear this song. My cousin LCPL Kristopher Cody Warren was shot and killed over there 2 years ago this past November. Just a week before Thanksgiving. He was 19.

  • God made the better ones to play football and serve his country. This song reminds me of a man that went to school with me. He is a 19 year old kid that played semi-pro football and went to war in Iraq right in the middle of his season...God grant that there will always be men like that.

  • This is an amazing song. I cry everytime I hear it. My brother played football in high school and is currently staioned in Iraq as a Marine. The song makes me think of him.

  • Being a Retired Marine that served in Desert Sheild/Desert Storm, this song brings back memories, good and bad. I am also thankful that my Grand son, US Army came back last month in one peice. Semper FI!!!
