it's kind of weird cause i don't like this flute. it is playing just a little to low making the music "almost" false and that almost is the worst thing for the ear i know about hehe
It's a Japanese type (or asain type) of flute. And (at least in ancient Japanese music) everything is kind of low/flat... So if you're used to say, European classical, it does sound... weird. But now you know!
(I must admit, the first time i heard this song, I was twitching (I'm a choir singer) but after hearing it twice, it gets pretty catchy)
Right, but Wish was a little bit of downer too, not to meantion Tokyo Babylon was a little more serious too, and by the way, if you didn't know Tokyo Babylon, takes place five years before X.
Yes, I read it recently. It is a little more serious all in all, but it had many funny moments. You're right, Wish was a bit of a downer too. Clamp does a great variety of things :)

Yes, the first set of characters says Kano Youko (last name first in Japanese), the second set is for Hogari Hisaaki.

It's a very neat anime. Beautiful art, with a cool story. Very different from other Clamp work, though, as they tend to do more lighthearted things.
