The yellow-suit lady is the actress, singer and comedian Micky Kam (she came 3rd in the 1987 final) and she's making fun of swedish, all she says is in swedish-sounding gibberish.

Carola answered both in real Swedish and Hebrew lines she knows from the song "Kan".

Micky concluded by saying she has no idea what they're talking about.
