  • Master Priv - In that first sequence that repeats (0:00 - 0:30) where you walk down the D string, are you picking the A string in between picking the G and B strings? Same thing in the next sequence that starts right at about 0:30 and carries through pretty much the rest of the song - in between the double hammer-on on the A string you pick G and B as part of the sequence and I cant hear if there is an light pick of the A in between. Thanks!

  • @mactuber66 Yes, you go back to that A string all through those riffs.

  • love ur crowes covers should do sister luck love that track!!!!!

  • If you want to see a cool cover of this I did with my friend check out my vids

  • Thank you, thank you and thanks again! A new song (great song) for next weeks gig and you made it happen. all the best and thanks again! By the way, dont know jack about copy right laws. Here in New Zealand its a murky affair and thats why we tend to just cover everyone and post it . Someones bound to tell us if we blow it! Cheers brother.

  • Privettricker,

    You are my Rock Master.

    Regards from Argentina.

    Keep on rockin!

  • Hey mate, I am from New Zealand. Love this version and determined to learn it properly. Is there any chance you will post a lesson for this or am I going to have to learn the hard way!

    Cheers

  • Hey Priv..on remedy where does the capo go on which fret,,and i really dont get the purpose of robinson capoing that songe,,btw they removed your video on it

  • @MrMdmilitaria Hmmm. I just searched for "privettricker remedy" and it came up just fine. Anyway, I don't use a capo at all on Remedy.

  • @privettricker

Maybe its because Im in Germany and they block the copyrights differently. It says Sony Music, not available in your country or some sort of BS like that.

I keep seeing in The Crowes videos the Robinson guy capoing it on the 3rd or 4th fret.

  • @MrMdmilitaria Hmm. If he's capoing at the third fret, he's tuned pretty low. Because there's one chord that's barred across the first fret (without a capo).

And I think you're right -- the copyright laws are different for each country. For example, my video for Black Dog is blocked in the US, but it's visible in other countries.

  • @privettricker

Watch him in the few videos you can see in youtube.Even the official video hes using a capo. I have no idea why he is doing that. Maybe he is tuned way down low as you say.God ony knows what goes on with the coyright laws now lol

  • think you could tab this out that was great

  • Excellent

  • This guitar sounds great. My favorit of your guitars.

  • @2Heinz2 Rich Robinson uses a Dove. It's got a very clear tone, lots of high end because of the maple body. But not much in the way of sustain, which makes it right for vocal accompaniment.

  • That is an excellent job Chris! Thanks for posting this!!

  • OK lesson pls?

  • @stonz82 Just added that to the list.

  • Nicely done! Im a fan of your covers! thanks for posting

  • Thanks - great tune. Well done.

  • Capo on the 4th fret right?

  • @stonz82 Yeah, I did 4th fret, but I guess it depends on how low/high you normally tune. I'm guessing Rich does 4th fret a lot because that's what Keef does a lot.

  • Flippin awesome as usual>>>BTW i got the same seat in the background !
