It's not violating anyone's free speech just to think that something is spam. However, I would definitely agree that if someone flagged a comment for spam, thereby getting the comment hidden, that would be a form of censorship. Good thing I didn't flag any comment on here for spam then, right? So I didn't infringe upon or censor anyone's free speech.
It does make me proud to be a Ron Paul supporter though, to see that my fellow supporters follow the ideology of "Well, he supports the same candidate as I do, but he doesn't share my viewpoints regarding youtube comments, so he must go".
