I read it on some magazine and says the "Quadrant Standard Edition" score was drop from 2150 to 1757 after the upgrade. So the performance drop is quite high. However the web browsing speed is significantly increase by 82%. So is this the best rom there is?

@content3300 it could work, but you will have a OS wich isn't created for the 10pro and may not have all components of the tablet integrated. I would search for an update made for the 10pro.

@vuurwerkgangster1997 download them all and put them on the sdcard via usb cable. do that by following his instructions from 4:11 and you are done =) vegamodded stock ist still required bofore that.

Which version of vegacomb you install? The 3.2 build 9b or 9n? Does it support Chinese? Or both the 9b and 9n support Chinese?

@bigpotplant Not that i know of. Best place to check will be the XDA forums for that device. Im guessing yours is the viewpad 7. There is a tread just for that device.

@corruptsectornz No mate mine is the viewsonic dual boot windows 7and android had android 1.6 on it but managed to install 2.2 and since there not really for large tablets i would like to get honeycomb,but thanks very much for the info will check it out cheers.

What if I wanted/needed to revert to the original factory settings? (i.e. android 2.2)

@javaholic5 Download the file from the viewsonic website and flash. Its the same as flashing the Modded stock but use the original files from the Viewsonic website.

How is the battery life with this device? Does Honeycomb offer any improvements in this?

@nojohnso Not that i Noticed. I sold my device but it was about the same. Maybe a little better as it uses the GPU but once again the XDA developers forums would be the best place to ask. Just look for Advent Vega.

@gnosis90 Hay. Have you already solved this? Do you need it to connect to the PC to copy the new FW to the device. If so just go to the XDA website from the tablet and download to the SD.

Thx for your help. I found my Problem. I bought a USB 3.0 cable -.- today i changed it in a 2.0 cable and it works ^^ thanks a lot for your help.
