Just got turned on to the episodes. Thanks. denotlan21 thats how an I.C. should run an incident. He has his captains and engine companies and truck companies doing the work. His work is to Organize, Supervise and Manage the incident. Thats his role.
Its got nothing to do with being lazy. He sits in his unit orchestrating the scene and stays out of the way. Textbook when it comes to the roll of a BC.
