Easy... You submit the paperwork through the BATF, they review it, you get your local Sheriff to sign off, you pay the Tax Stamp and the Suppressor is delivered to the appropriately licensed dealer.

I have had a bad experience when after rapid firing about 90 rounds the G5 seized onto the quick attach. It came loose with a fair amount of WD-40 and some torque.
