  • students are cool! most of the graduations and commencement are very serious and you know what to expect..but this is great! and i like it!

  • Stanford people are great . They excel after graduation and help the progress of our Country. Thumbs up!

  • Crap man.. so many students paid $60,000 a year.....

  • STANFORD UNDERGRAD AGE 52??? just goes to show u !!! ;)

  • @Arweto01 A LOST SLOT FOR A YOUNG

PERSON , WHAT CAN SHE DO AT 52

    NO ONE WILL HIRE HER.

WHAT A WASTE ON HER THAT COULD

HAVE GONE TO A YOUNG PERSON.

  • LOL, FML :D

  • Amazing! IN the UK and most of Europe graduations and commencements are very serious and formal events. They are official and formal convocations of the University to confer. They are suppsed to show the importance of the award to be conferred. Anybody acting like these people would be thrown out and refused their degree!!

  • I know but keep in mind that Stanford trains the most brilliant brains in the world! Brilliant brains are nurtured in a carefree environment--read the Google story (created at Stanford). It also demonstrates the American care free spirit! Stanford students go through the most rigorous training and thus at graduation they are free to relax and be silly. You have to see it and experience it to understand it.

  • The most brilliant brains in the world?! Typical structural functionalist view that only within formal education structures can be found the highest levels of human intelligence!

  • The comment "thrown out and refused their degree" was rather rigid. At the same time you are challenging the value of the brains at Stanford--never did I mention that only in that setting you can find brilliant brains. I would add that only those brilliant brains that wish for a formal education go to the highest institutions of learning . No challenge given or offense intended. Again I was explaining the culture of the campus as it appears you are unfamiliar.

  • Can any of you comment on my college advantage video.

  • Nice!!!

  • would you hire any of these idiots?

  • These "idiots" rule the world in case you don't know. Only the best brains of the world are invited to attend (get this invited)

  • very nice
