sweet demonstration! that kinda stuff would be perfect as the background music in a game like Sonic or something... if they even still make those games. looks like a very expensive set up you got there.
ehh i dont think you're too old .. just get a synth and get ableton live or something.. and if you play other instruments then get an 8bus mixer... hope you have a god bit of extra cashh haha

cubase+nuendo are natively western 16note scale. there are arab scale converters available tho. google it
