Oh, My!! You call that cleaning?? You didn't wash the feed or water cups.Birds need a CLEAN environment. Washing means soap & HOT wash, if you don't have a dishwasher. I take less time to daily clean 10 (ten) cages.The cage wire looks dirty, Try scrubbing it in a bathtub & rinse, rinse, rinse.Let it dry outside on a sunny day. Sunshine will disinfect.I don't mean to offend-only want to help.
1 more thing! You shouldnt wipe the boddem of the cage by your dishes? Birds carry mites.Think of that while your eating off those same cups and plates.Doesnt matter if you wash them.

You should get food bowls that attach to the side of the cage and are not under perches so the birds don't poop in it.
