Love this project. I actually bought a similar one at Nordstrom for $58 that had beads, gems, chain and sequins on it. It's pretty but not very comfortable to wear. If you make your own then you can customize it for the shape of your upper chest and neck. I have grommets that have 2 parts so you don't have to worry about the rough side. For me, I'd rather have a clasp instead of tying a bow cause I have a tendency to lose things. Good tutorial. TFS
I love your project but I want to see at the final how you look with it, sometimes it gives a better idea of how it gonna look! thank you for shared your fab idea!
did you say there called glaments because i cant find it online, and im not sure how you attached the glaments on the ribbon , could you show speacific how because in confused on that part
I used Blue Moon pre strung seed beads, large flat jewels (there aree many manufacturers) look at bead, button, and t-shirt embellishment area of Michaels or Joann's, craft or wool felt, aileen's Tacky Glue, Grommets, and Satin Ribbon. Hope this helps!
genius! thank you for uploading this!! would you please list the things you used? i'm having a hard time pronouncing and spelling out a couple of the items you used like the certain fabric/paper you cut to make the bib and the holes you punched into the ends of the u-shaped paper. also, where did you purchase the products used to make the bib and the hole puncher?
@ladyB1234 Thank you so much! I used Felt for the fabric, and card stock or a thicker piece of paper for the pattern. I purchased the products and the ho,e puncher/grommet tool at Michaels. The Grommet tool kind of expensive but if you use your 40-50% off coupon it's arounf $20.00. Have fun!
can i buy it from you? <3

@star009r They are called Grommets, I used a Crop-a-Dile tool from Michael's, but you can use a simple grommet kit. Have fun!
