  • It does put some load by stretching but this is only according to your ability. You are pushing so if the stretch is too much you simply don't push as far forward.   • From the looks of it, even the

    "upper-body" workout must put quite an isometric load on the hamstrings, glutes & other 'lower-body" parts. Am I right?
