@ponchization - No, you're not seeing the point here - in Melee, combined with her powerful onslaught in her aerial play, Rest had a bigger hitbox in Melee than in Brawl, and it was extremely powerful if you pulled it off on your opponent (practically an OHKO by the time you do connect it) and Rollout is also extremely powerful and used often as an approach attack. The key to playing Jigglypuff in any Smash Bros game is to use her in the air as that's where her true power lies.

Falcon can't approach, it's a suicidal action cause his attacks are slow and lacks priority. Ganondorf can't approach either just cause he's slow. Falcon's matchups are also terrible, not as terrible but so terrible he can also deserve the last place. 5-95 and 20-80 are both matchups that are like the same thing. Both characters are terrible anyway.
