Yes, Windows Vista isn't much of a big difference to Windows XP. And anyway Vista is a RAM eater, and needs more RAM and Memory than Windows XP does.

The only thing I like about Windows Vista is it's theme, it's pretty cool o.O but you can download the skin so yeah...

Ah there, I found out. It took me 37minutes and 34 seconds lol.

whoa... ^.-.. I was WAY off.. I guess Paint and whatever program you use requires different levels in detail. it used to take me an average of 2h 38m for a drawing on MS Paint. now PhotoShop makes me spend 6 hours for a drawing. you should try it out sometime.. xD
