i have a 4850 and was getting 600 to 700 iterations a second but now im only getting 200 hundred could that be a driver issue?

It slows when animation of proteins is in full speed :) Just wait a few seconds and processing will be back to normal

And of course speed of processing differs on different samples

i get around 250-270 with a 4870 so.. and in the 400s with certant wu's

guess how bad it is my mobile 9600 m gt overclocked at 500mhz is beating my fully independent one. my 9600 gt is doing 600 and my ati is epic fail :(
