This same user - a 51-year-old man - also posted two messages expressing the desire to see a certain little girl (a Youtube user) killed, and graphically described how he wished this to be done. PM me for the links.

My mother blamed me because my dad raped me and started hitting me. I'm 19 years old and i've only recently had the guts to go to the police about them both. People knew about it but didn't help me...

Been there myself, it really messes you up. It took me a long time to realize that I was an intelligent being with a worth. I sucked in school, I was always depressed and didn't even realize it, I thought it was normal. I had a lot of talent and could've done much with it, but was too depressed to care and too afraid to bring that out with the fear of being laughed at. If only I knew then what I know now.
Mental abuse is perhaps the worst abuse there is... cause to recover from that takes a long time. You could break a leg but that is healed in perhaps a few weeks. But mental abuse sometimes needs a whole lifetime to heal.

thanks for for your concern. :) although it took a lot to finally get someone to listen, we we're finally put in foster care in December of my senior year in high school (2008)...we went though 11 years of torture and it could have been avoided if people would have listened when we first spoke up....i'm just glad its over, although the pain of memories and health issues wont ever go away fully.....anyone who gets the sharon harold newspaper may have read my story....

i used to be in a foster home actually 8 but they abused me more then my actual parents did, so im back at home. once they pulled me by the hair and sat me in a chair, still holding my hair they dragged the chair to the top of the stairs and pushed me down the stairs when i was sitting backwards down the stairs. blue and black all over 2 blorken ribs 3 dislocated fingers a broken arm AND a concusion. i was seven. and they didnt call 911. they left me there thinking 'shes just upset not hurt' bs.

I am married with 3 kids and sometimes it interfears with my marriage. For the most part i have forgot about it cause there is nothing i can do about it. It is still in the back of my mind but i try not to bring it up

Been there myself, it really messes you up. It took me a long time to realize that I was an intelligent being with a worth. I sucked in school, I was always depressed and didn't even realize it, I thought it was normal. I had a lot of talent and could've done much with it, but was too depressed to care and too afraid to bring that out with the fear of being laughed at. If only I knew then what I know now.

Mental abuse is perhaps the worst abuse there is... cause to recover from that takes a long time. You could break a leg but that is healed in perhaps a few weeks. But mental abuse sometimes needs a whole lifetime to heal.

I really like that quotes that said "There's no excuse for child abuse" and "Child abuse cast a shadow the length of a lifetime" The first one is very true. There is no excuse and never will be and the second one is true too. Many children that are abused grow up (If they grow up) angry and sad. Which spreads child abuse probably.
