It's so beautiful! If you ever have the time, do you think you could make a tutorial for it? I'm positive lots of accordionists out there would love to play it as well!
I Like This! I know accordion music can often be a french cliche', but your song really does capture the spirit of Paris and the countryside. Makes me want to go back now!
when i saw the title french sounding song i'll admit i was a little angered cause i thought it was going to be something dumb but i gotta...........that does sound french lmao
hey, i wanted to ask you if i can use this music in one of my videos, i mean, it will probably last a long time until i will finish this video, because my camera is broken, long story, but i just wanted to ask you, if i get your permission to use it.
thank you very much ... I liked your song very much. I see you having a clean fingering pattern. Do you follow any book/CD tutorial. Please let me know, so that I can use it too.
I'm assuming you're refering to the right-hand technique. I'm not using any special fingering, just the scale-fingering (123-12345), where 1 is the thumb and 5 is the pinky. If you want some books, the Royal Conservatory scale books have the fingering for the books.
Can you please let me know how Hohner Hohnica series compare with Hohner Bravo Series. Since I am planning to buy one. I am currently learning with a Hohner Student piano Accordion in India.
I have no idea how they compare. I play a used Italian ladies accordion (Contelli). Perhaps asking a Hohner owner and/or someone from the Hohner website would help.
Very depending on the accordion and what you call "distorting". If it's really sounding awefull you always could go and see someone who knows more about the accordion and let them play those buttons... People who know it will tell you right away if something is wrong when they hear the sound. (hope this helps ye a bit)
I'm not sure if the red one I have is an Aidi (there's no label on it), but so far no real problems. I lug it around town on a bicycle-trailer, so it's receieved a lot of bumps and bruises, but nothing serious yet.
I'm not sure whether it's an Aidi or not... it's 48 bass buttons (6 x 8). No problems with it so far, except for a right hand key getting stuck after I dropped the accordion twice :(
nice job, what kind of accordion is that? you play well and i'm pleased to see someone doing some original composition (if it is). I will try this song on my accordion. I might be posting similar videos soon. Keep it up!
The accordion is labeled "Contello". It says "Made in Italy" on the back. It has 120 bass keys, 3 tones (?) on the right hand, and two bass settings. I bought it used from eBay, and have been playing it for almost a year now.
I love that you have a conversation. It's so obviously not one way.... :)

if you watch his other videos, he's actually a very skilled accordionist, so I doubt he's faking.

i highly doubt this. you can't just accuse someone as fake. why would he do that? look at his other videos

chords are played on the bass side (left) but to achieve more beautiful melodies u play chords on both sides :)
nice job

I'm not sure whether it's an Aidi or not... it's 48 bass buttons (6 x 8). No problems with it so far, except for a right hand key getting stuck after I dropped the accordion twice :(
Still a sweet sound, though.
moshezuchter 4 years ago
well... first there's the solo theme on the right hand twice, and then there's a combination of chords and melody also on the right hand.
hansiraber 4 years ago
hey!
supernice song, it's stuck in my head since days and i'm trying to play it, but the second parts with all the chords is quite tough...
keep them coming...
hansiraber 4 years ago
Awesome :) I played it again this weekend.
The second part is just a circle of fifths... I haven't listened to it again, but I assume it's Dm | Gm | C | F | Gm | Dm (optional) | A7 | Dm, etc.
moshezuchter 4 years ago
i meant the part where you start playing chords on the left side :)
hansiraber 4 years ago
ooops. keep confusing left and right. i mean the piano like side of course... :)
