@MotownMaster I totally agree. It may perhaps be this perception that American R&B singers are more talented in general, than those in the UK. I think this rendition is the best one, its got that jazzy, soulful swing to it, where as Mary J's version is more urban-modern soul.

Ivyfield, THANK YOU for this rare treat! I'd heard a lot of good buzz about this when it first came out, and tonight is the first time I've actually heard it. I loved Susaye, even more when some Supremes fans would say that she didn't fit in. This song really spotlights her always exciting voice. And Jazz is the style I think fits each former member of the group. Hooray to Susaye for following through!!
