when the 7th book first came out. it wasnt a quick read for me... took me a few weeks cause i was soo busy that summer (grade 6 going into grade 7). and then i re read it again after a few school years.(grade 9)... and i got it done in 2 nights. xD

I'm glad they aren't going to cut parts out, as much as i loooove the movies, I still get dissapointed when they cut the most important scenes out!

when the 7th book first came out. it wasnt a quick read for me... took me a few weeks cause i was soo busy that summer (grade 6 going into grade 7). and then i re read it again after a few school years.(grade 9)... and i got it done in 2 nights. xD

True, but the 5th book did not have as much action as the 7th one...the 7th one is bang bang bang non stop action, every page is literally interesting, not boring at all...but the 5th book had plenty of boring moments (for me anyway),

Lol...I love how the reporter has obviously never read the books...Harry never really dated Cho; they kissed once after a DA meeting, and went to Hogsmeade together once, after which Cho threw a fit and stormed off.
He was quasi-dating Ginny during HBP, though he broke up with her after Dumbledore's funeral so Voldemort wouldn't find out and try to use her against him.
Jeez...you'd think they'd give the reporters the Cliff Note version, at least. *snickers*

Order of the pheonix canadian paperback (Kid's) is only 776, and the adult canadian would probably be about 600.
They make the print bigger in the American ones, I think.

the seventh book doesn''t need 2 films....sigh theyre obviously trying to dig more money outta our pocket consider its the last film. If you have read the last book, you'll know it doesn't need 2 films to finish it >_>.

But they left out too much in the 6th movie, Bill and Fluer getting married, Bill getting attacked, but mostly the stuff about the horcruxes. In the book dumledore gave Harry a better idea of what the horcruxes are, but in the movie they leave him with basically nothing!

half blood prince movie was shitty, they changed the story a whole lot, so the story in the last one is gonna be wrecked. so thats dobby, kreacher, the burrow, voldemorts parents story, dumbledore's funeral, and the potion book not being hid under the diadem cabinet that theyve not done properly, and are now gonna have do do some major thinking for the final films. oh and phineas nigellus. gays.

Yaa they changed the 6th so much! I bet they prob gonna get Ginny to find the diadem and Bill and Flear will get Married god nos where they didnt even mention bill or flear in it! Hopefully the next one wont be crap coz hopefully they wont leave everything out! I hate it when they do that!

i totally agree hpb was horrible...but i have a feeling they're gonna at least add dumbledore's funeral in the last film. either at the begining to set the mood, or at the end right before the epiloge to send a proper goodbye to him. the thing is...most people already know the story so they dotn really need to adapt to the changes they made for the final film. but im sure they're gonna figure it out...especially if there is gonna be two films. soo much room to keep it brilliant.

its good they're making the last book into 2 films. that way they cant rlly leave anything out (hopefully). & i am a major fan of the HP series, but they cant make ALL the movies EXACTLLY like the books! so they may leave out 1 or2 scenes or change a little thing, were just lucky they didnt change something REALLY big in the movies. (cut me some slack if i messed up, ive seen all the movies, but im just starting to read the books)

half blood prince was pretty shocking movie wise, they left out a bunch of stuff and then randomly burnt down the burrow, so where are bill & fleur gonna get married now? plus they didn't explain anything about the ministry dude who went to see marvolo gaunt, his son and merope which is crucial to the plot

the worst 2 bits were "the ring belonged to voldemorts mother" NO IT DIDNT it was his grandas! way to wreck the story david yates.
But further, one which i think may have just wrecked the last film ENTIRELEY
harry didnt hide his potions book in the cabinet underneath the busk wearing the diadem. So how the hell is harry meant to find the last horcrux now might i ask when he is meant to remember that the 'tiara' was infact the diadem?!!!!! Idiot director.
