I was surprised myself to learn that there are a lot of schools of Isshinryu that use seiken. I asked AJ Advincula about it personally - he simply replied "they're both good."
Anywho, the techniques here look like Shorin-ryu for sure. I recognize a lot of elements that did make it into Isshinryu (which contains shorin and goju techniques), but the deep stances and higher kicks say shorin to me.

@djmoscow I don't think it's isshin mostly because of the fist, Isshin uses a tate tsuki fist and this is clearly seiken
