Watching this again. I wonder how connected I am to my MedicineSensing Heart Intelligence? Me and my twin were on a walk and found a nice Lions Mane mushroom growing up on a tree... it felt like Destiny... the benefits that its known for (nerves of steel shiz) seemed perfect for what we needed, to help our frayed nerves. If every kid was taught this stuff in school the world would be a completely different place. Then again if school didn't exist everyone could learn this growing up naturally. Hmm I think its important we expose are youth to the information. This a meme worth spreading in are youth, that has world change potential. Show this to your child, your niece or neffew, your class if yoru a teacher. Show this to youth who have the charisma to take action based on this wisdom.
